A maximum of three endorsements per positions is set and, if not met, automatically gets elevated to the Staffing Manager. This ensures that the problem is isolated and acted upon within 24 hours. Moreover, all standards pertaining to staffing is monitored every week through the Weekly Staffing Report.

  • All hired individuals undergo a comprehensive orientation program at MRI prior to deployment. This will ensure that employees understand their rights and obligations as an employee of MRI while being assigned to the client. Employees are given a copy of the MRI Code of Conduct so that they may be guided on the company’s regulations.

  • Erring employees of MRI are subject to appropriate disciplinary measures using the Code of Conduct. This is done in conjunction with the client’s own house rules and with the stipulations in the Labor Code.
